Presenter Information
Congratulations on being selected to present at A-RNA 2026. Your session date, time, room and talk length are in your abstract notification email, and in the A-RNA26 web app.
Please work through the two steps below before you arrive in Brisbane, then read the guidelines for your presentation type.
Register to confirm your spot
Every presenting author must hold a valid conference registration. Presentations without a registered presenter may be withdrawn from the program.
If you submitted the abstract on behalf of someone else, please let us know who will be presenting so we can update the program.
Go to registrationAdd your bio and photo
Log in to your dashboard as a returning delegate and add a recent headshot and a short biography under the Bio tab (up to 150 words). Your profile appears in the web app and helps your session chair introduce you.
You can also check your presentation details under Abstracts.

Preparing and delivering your talk
Slide format
- Prepare your slides in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) in 16:9 widescreen.
- Using Keynote or Google Slides? Export to PowerPoint and check fonts, images and layout before you arrive.
- Embed any videos in the file and bring a backup copy on a USB drive.
- Turn off automatic slide timings and transitions that advance on their own.
Content and timing
- Plan for roughly one slide per minute of speaking time.
- Session chairs keep time strictly. Please finish within your allocation so question time and the following talks aren't cut short.
- Leave room for questions from the audience.
Making slides readable
- Use at least 24pt for body text, with larger headings.
- Keep to one main point per slide.
- Choose figures and diagrams over dense text, and simplify charts so the key result stands out.
- Use strong contrast between text and background so slides read well from the back of the room.
On the day
- Upload your slides in the Legends Room at least two hours before your session. Bring them on a USB drive.
- Presenting in the first session of the day? Upload during the break the day before, or as soon as the room opens.
- Go to your session room at least 15 minutes before the session starts to meet your chair and fellow speakers.
- An AV technician is on site to help with any technical issues.
