After nearly 30 years in the bio / pharmaceutical industry, Marc joined RNA Australia as the Executive Director, Strategic Programs in September 2025 bringing the knowledge and experience from his time at small and large manufacturers and consulting.

Most recently he spent over 8 years with AstraZeneca leading global programs impacting all facets of the company. With experience in validation, learning & development, quality assurance & quality systems, facility design & construction, quality control, regulatory and small & large molecule manufacture, Marc has had his finger on the pulse of the industry for more than 25 years.

His focus is now on two of the key pillars for RNA Australia – building & strengthening Australia’s RNA development & manufacturing ecosystem and the manufacture of RNA medicines at the RNA Pilot Manufacturing Facility overseen by RNA Australia.

He is passionate about the opportunity in front of the Australian RNA ecosystem to achieve global leader status in RNA - one the latest global megatrends.
